Whose report will you believe God’s or the world’s Who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? Isaiah 53:1 It says whose report will you believe the world’s or God’s? Which report is more reliable? God’s of course because His testimonies have been true for thousands of years. God has the power to support His reports but the world cannot always support the reports they claim to support. The world will lie to get its way but God will not lie because He doesn’t demand His way. We follow His way and report because He is merciful and gracious because this is His nature.

Jesus leads are we following? Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. Psalm 23:4 Even when we walk through the valley of the shadow of death Jesus is leading us. His rod and staff comfort us and lead us. They also let us know the Lord is with us in the darkest of times which seem like they will never end. But they will end because God said they would. in 1Corinthians 10:13 “No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.” God guarantees us that no temptation will overcome us and that He will deliver us from every temptation. It seems like we can’t walk anymore but God comes alongside us and carries us the rest of the way.

If you really want to be delivered God will oblige you. Psalm 34:17 “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them;  he delivers them from all their troubles. It says He delivers us from all of our troubles and that means all of the troubles we face in life. Is there a pandemic going on in the earth? Yes! Will God deliver us from this global trouble, yes. Remember, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and how they stood against the King’s edict to worship His likeness? They were thrown into the furnace that was heated up seven times.  The guards who threw them died instantly from the heat but these three servants of God walked around in the fiery furnace with Jesus in their midst. They came out of the furnace and their clothes and hair were not touched by the fiery blaze. They didn’t even smell like smoke. God delivered them from a certain death. The LORD is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me? The LORD is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me? Psalm 118:6 The Lord surrounds us with mercy and He goes before us and He comes up behind us. No man can defeat us because God is our helper and no one on the earth or in the universe will ever be able to defeat Him. Satan has tried for centuries to vainly defeat Him and how stupid is that. God created the devil so how can he ever defeat the Lord on high. He has tried all kinds of schemes and worked through all kinds of people to stop God’s kingdom on the earth.

Colossians 3:16 Do we want to have divine success in our lives like God wants us to have? Then we need to have the word of Christ dwell richly in our hearts.

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony. So scripture supports the concept that faith is now and it works in the now.  God speaks faith now and the impossible happens and we can speak impossibilities in faith and they will happen. We cannot please God without faith and the whole universe and we were all created by faith. Faith is now!

Jesus is not next door but inside you. But if Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, the spirit is life because of righteousness. Romans 8:10 Jesus is not our next door neighbor but He is the life-giving Spirit who resides within us through the Holy Spirit. He has come to give us life and to give it to us abundantly. But we need to submit our bodies to Him as living sacrifices. Yes if we give our bodies as living sacrifices God will show us what is His good, acceptable, and perfect will. He is in touch with our spirits as He longs to fellowship with above anything else. We must step forward and present ourselves to the Lord and He will show us the way.

The Power of Jesus’ name is unlimited. We get to use that powerful name. And His name, through faith in His name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. Acts 3:16 Think about it in Jesus’ name, the man was made whole, in the name He was made whole. This is the power of Jesus’ name that the blind see, the lame walk, and the broken are made whole. Mark 16:15-18And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.  He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.  And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;  they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.

God is always thinking positive thoughts toward us. What a blessing He is mindful of us. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11  Notice God knows the thoughts of hope and peace He thinks toward us and He has nothing but good things in store for our futures. People think that God will send hardship or sickness into our lives to teach us lessons or to get our attention. No, He thinks positive thoughts toward so He can bring and lead us into a future of hope and peace. He is a good God who never brings evil into our lives. He brings nothing but good into the lives of His children. Satan brings evil into people’s lives because this is all he knows how to do.

But Jesus called the children to him and said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Luke 18:16  Jesus loves His children Let the children come to me He said. He said the kingdom of God is theirs and we must be as little children to enter the Kingdom of God. Can we picture little children sitting on Jesus’ lap? Jesus playing with little children and laughing with them. Jesus wants us to be like little children that come to Him as children carefree and happy in His glorious presence.
