For with God nothing shall be impossible. Luke 1:37 So, if God can do anything then we never tell Him never because He can do anything. Throughout the gospels time and time again we see Jesus doing the impossible. God was working through Him all the days of His ministry. What is impossible with people is possible with God.
Read Romans 4:18-25 “against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.” Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead—since he was about a hundred years old—and that Sarah’s womb was also dead. Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. This is why “it was credited to him as righteousness.” The words “it was credited to him” were written not for him alone, but also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness—for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification.
This is a much quoted verse about how God promised Abraham and Sarah that they would have a son of promise in their advanced age and how biologically impossible it was for them to have children. Notice that with men this situation was not possible to be accomplished. But God told them that He would fulfill the promise in their old age.
He told them so late in their lives that they would have a son because only God could perform this improbable miracle. He is testifying to us that when it naturally looks hopeless and impossible He can still perform the impossible.
Look at Matthew 1:18 “This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit. She was found to be pregnant with a child by the Holy Spirit before she knew any man. Or had intimate relations with Joseph. How could Mary get pregnant naturally without knowing a man? She couldn’t but God intervened to perform the impossible again with Mary.
He sent the Holy Spirit to perform the immaculate conception in Mary or He performed the process that allowed Mary to get pregnant without having sexual contact with a man. Even Mary asked the messenger “ How can this be when I have known no man?” Gabriel said, “The Most High will overshadow you and cause you to become pregnant through the Holy Spirit.”
What man said was impossible to happen but God said I can do the impossible and He did so for Abraham, Mary, and Sarah. So is God the God of the Impossible or not? He sure is and He will always perform the impossible for those who are His.
